An artistic index was then calculated to take into considerati...

The South Bristol restaurant where meat is cooked to 'pink, velvety precision'

"Almost two years after an unmemorable first visit, The Malago has found its feet"

When I first visited The Malago soon after it opened its doors in June 2017, I was less than impressed.

After 5 days of extremely hard work, 85 litres of paint, 24 rolls of masking tape, 12 trips to Screwfix, 14 scaffold planks, 40 pieces of pallet wood, and an army of incredible helpers, The Malago opened its doors for business on 26th May 2017 at 6pm. We sensibly managed to pick the hottest week of 2017 so far to complete this project, but the sweltering heat and sunburn did not deter any of the team. Fueled on by delicious food from the kitchen, incredible...
